A strong on-line brochure site

There were several key points to address with the Applegreen Cards website. Firstly, the site needed to be readily indexed by search engines in an extremely competitive market. Search engine optimised content, and plenty of it, was the key; combined with Google XML site maps and other SEO techniques.

The web site had to have great visual appeal to create a strong and professional brand, and to encourage visitors to buy these top-quality handmade greetings cards. Features such as image hover-overs help to convey to the site visitors the detail on the greetings cards.

E-commerce facility with ongoing development

The site currently offers a regular e-commerce facility, allowing visitors to buy handmade cards on-line. Further development is now in progress to extend the services available.
