ICS Video for Windows Image Capture ActiveX Control (OCX)

The Image Capture OCX, below, takes some of the Windows^® Video for Windows capabilities, and presents them as an easy-to-integrate ActiveX Control. Within just a few minutes, you can have live video embedded in your applications, and indeed in any ActiveX container. It will work with most consumer grade (VfW) video capture cards - available from your local stockist from about £30 upwards. Assuming that your capture card has suitable drivers, the control will operate under Microsoft Windows^® 9x, NT4.0, 2000 and XP.

NOTE:
1. The control has not been designed for use with NT3.51
2. Due to the large number of capture cards on the market, the control has not been tested with all available cards. You are therefore strongly encouraged to 'try-before-you-buy' by downloading and trialing the demo version. Please note, that no technical support can be offered for unlicenced software.
3. To download the Image Capture Control, please read the Licence agreement below. Click on the "Download Now" button only if you accept the terms of the agreement.

The Image Capture OCX (the software) and all sample code is provided by WyeTec for a single user to install on any number of personal computers for evaluation purposes only.
Downloading or installing the software is deemed to be acceptance of the terms and conditions described in this licence agreement.
The software is available free of charge for evaluation purposes only. A valid licence must be purchased for non-evaluation or commercial use and for redistribution purposes.
The software is supplied 'as is' with no guarantee whatsoever either explicit or implied of its fitness for any given purpose regardless of whether a licence key has been purchased.
No liability is accepted for any loss or damage caused to property or persons arising from the use or misuse of the software, including but not limited to loss of computer data, computer software or computer hardware, profit and or business revenue.  Moreover the user agrees to indemnify WyeTec against any action taken against WyeTec as a result of the users use or misuse of the software.
The software has been scanned with modern anti-virus software, but no guarantee is given that the software is free from computer viruses, trojans or other possible infections.
The software shall not be used for any illegal, obscene or defamatory purpose.
Disassembly or reverse engineering of the code is strictly prohibited.
No technical support is offered for the software or its integration apart from documentation supplied with the software or that which can be downloaded from the WyeTec web site. WyeTec reservce the right to charge for technical support at our standard published rates.
